All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

• A booking is only confirmed once a booking confirmation and invoice are issued.

• A non-refundable advance may be required to reserve a date or venue.

• Full payment must be completed before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other methods as specified by us.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the advance).

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Postponement or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and informing us of any special requirements in advance.

• Clients must ensure the event complies with local laws, including permissions for noise, gatherings, etc., if applicable.

• Any damage to the property or equipment during the event will be charged to the client.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
